Hops (Humulus lupulus)
$11.00Mild sedative, nerve tonic, muscle relaxant. Promotes lactation due to the presence of estrogen. Used to soothe the stomach, promote sleep, lessen anxiety. Diuretic, antibacterial. Do not use if suffering from depression. -
High silica content (silica is vital to healthy skin and connective tissue, cartilage, flexibility and bone development). Soothes mucous membranes of the urinary tract. Diuretic in action. Anti-inflammatory, heals tissue and lungs. Useful for stomach ulcers and inflamed prostate gland. Do not use if heart or kidney disease exist. -
Used for bronchitis, coughs, catarrh and colds. Induces sweating. A nervine, assists with hysteria and anxiety. -
Anti-inflammatory, diuretic. Useful for painful menstruation, balancing menstrual flow, and supporting menopause. Beneficial for diarrhea. Tonic for the heart. Helps coagulate blood after childbirth and stabilizes hormones. -
Considered beneficial for depression and nervous tension. Helps digestion, gas and upset stomach. Used for fevers. -
Used to treat bronchitis, coughs, catarrh, gastritis and ulcers. Mild laxative effects. Not to be used if heart or liver disease or hypertension are present. -
For digestive problems and the skin, inflammations of the mouth, peptic ulcer, gastritis, and colitis, coughs and bronchitis. Soothes irritated mucous membranes. Mildly stimulates the immune system. Not to be taken if diabetic—high sugar content. -
Anti-inflammatory, soothing to the digestive tract (i.e., gastritis, heartburn, peptic ulcers). Contains salicylic acid, an active ingredient in aspirin, and thus acts as nature’s aspirin in reducing pain and fever. -
Promotes lactation. Increases the flow of bile from the liver and gall bladder. Regarded as beneficial in regenerating and protecting the liver. Supports the treatment of cirrhosis and hepatitis A and B. -
Milky Oats (Avena sativa)

Mild sedative, promotes blood circulation and flow of urine. Regulates menstrual flow, lowers blood pressure. Used for heart disease, anxiety, hypertension, insomnia, kidney disease, and supporting menopause. Reported to be a preventative for cancer and to stimulate the immune system. Avoid if using prescribed cardiac drugs. Not to be taken internally if pregnant. -
Mouth Tonic

Nettle (Urtica dioica)

Olive Leaf (Olea europaea)
